This Just In! Chelsea fall, Newcastle stand tall v Man City & TFC melt in Miami

from Footy Prime The Podcast · host James Sharman, Craig Forrest, Jimmy Brennan, Amy Walsh, Jeff Cole and Dan Wong

Three weeks in to the Premier League season, and it's quickly shaping up to be one of the most entertaining and unpredictable seasons in recent memory. Brendan Dunlop, James Sharman and Craig Forrest stumble through the weekend's action, in ways only they can. From Newcastle's performance against Manchester City, turning St. James' Park back into the fortress it once was, with Nick Pope quickly becoming Craig's favourite shot stopper, to the crew praising Jesse Marsch for getting it right at Leeds and stunning Chelsea at Elland Road, they get to it all.    Sharman admits he's never met a Finnish person and hasn't watched the last episode of All Or Nothing: Arsenal because he loves Mikel Arteta and doesn't want it to end, even though Gabriel Jesus has yet to make him a true believer. Dunny is adamant that Gooners have ruined tequila for everybody with that Saliba song. Craig credits Graham Potter for how sharp Brighton have been to start the season, but doesn't want to talk about West Ham.  Dunny isn't as depressed about Villa's loss to Crystal Palace as you might expect and gives some background on his racecar driving father. And Wonger was watching Jimmy's Nottingham Forest instead of his beloved Brentford, proving what we already suspected - that Wonger loves our happiness more than he loves his own club. And the crew are wavering on their belief that Toronto FC can make the MLS Cup Playoffs this season after losing to Inter Miami Saturday night, while CF Montreal and the Vancouver Whitecaps pulled off results that very much make them look like playoff teams. Loads of goals, and loads of laughs on this episode!   Presenters: James Sharman, Craig Forrest, Jimmy Brennan, Brendan Dunlop and Dan Wong Voice Over Talent: Jeff Cole This podcast has content that may use words and share tales that offend, please feel free to use your best discretion.  Parental discretion is advised.
