This Means War

Pastor Simon Obert talks about being a "soldier in the army of the Lord" and the spiritual warfare that believers are constantly engaged in. The current times are perilous and there is a war going on… not against flesh and blood… but against the spiritual forces of evil.  As believers we must put on the full armor of God, as described in Ephesians 6; including the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the readiness of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit (the Word of God). These spiritual weapons and tools are not to be played with, but to be used effectively in the battle, empowered by the fruit of the Spirit.
