Post in comments section of this video!About This Video:In this video, Rob talks about the problem of clothing brand owners wanting to outsource every area of their clothing line development to third parties. At the beginning stages of growing your clothing brand, it's important to develop a base-level skillset in design (adobe photoshop, premiere, illustrator), marketing (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Facebook Ads & Instagram Ads), website development (wix, shopify, etc), screen printing, branding and practically every other area of developing a clothing brand that exists. If you ONLY have the clothing brand idea and hope that everyone else will do all groundwork - it will be VERY difficult to grow. The reason why you will struggle to grow your clothing brand is because you will not be able to move fast enough (making key changes for your brand) or hire well since you don't have the ability to assess whether someone has the appropriate skills or not. Invest your time at the beginning building the skills necessary to start your clothing brand. This info applies to clothing brands, clothing lines, print on demand (pod), dropshipping, t shirt brands, fashion lines, and beyond!!
