As the Jewish people observe Tisha B’Av and mourn the destruction of the Temples in Jerusalem, we reflect on their ancient, unbroken connection to the Holy City. We also confront a growing falsehood promoted by online talking heads: the claim that Jesus was not Jewish. Scripture leaves no room for confusion—Jesus was born Jewish, lived Jewish, worshiped as a Jew, and was called the King of the Jews. Christians must stop outsourcing their theology to agenda driven podcasters and return to the Bible.
