Hello my lovely readers I am committing to doing a 12-week home workout program 1.0 version by Heather Robertson observing my body emotions and mind and writing about Life lessons learned today is day 4 of week 7 in case you missed some of my life lessons learning From the previous episodes or from the previous articles from from a 12-week home workout program There you go You can read my life lessons learned and take away from week 1 to week 4 and the article titled or the podcast titled Valium your mundane chores inspire zero life lessons learned and take away from week 5 and week 6 each week five days There is five days of workout. So each day I Look for myself What is the life lesson? What is the takeaway that I walked away with and then I write an article and then I record that as an episode So what I would title I'm going to read it would be either as an article both search in la lita brahma medium articles Probably figured out find it out or you can see it you can hear it in la lita's morning using podcast hosted in various platforms I think it's an iTunes it's an anchor you can also listen from your browser number one value in your mundane chores inspires you day two Home workout or walk outside on both day three. There are three steps step number one first select one of your bad habits or vices period pick something You are struggling with or bothered by and that you do each day I'm doing a 12 week Heather Robertson's homework or program until week seven I was able to do the workout and write the life learning lessons slash take away on the same day as doing the exercises I have completed exercising till day one of week nine Now I am bothered by the fact that I need to catch up till day one of week nine step two This is homework guys when I'm reading step one step two This is the homework that's given and I have written what is my issue or what is my bad habit or what is it something? I couldn't accomplish right step two then consider one way you will bring great mindfulness to the habit or Vice and one way you will use one of your strengths with it.
All right What's not it? They're going to do this the type of mindfulness I will apply is just Just being present with the flow of my thinking until I complete this piece of writing I would die just being present with the flow of my thinking until I complete this piece of writing I will use honesty honesty as one of my five signature strikes as identified in my VIA Character strengths report please guys go to VIA character strengths and then go find out. What is your five characters tricks? Okay, one of them for me is honesty.
All right step three step three of the homework Finally apply the strength and mindfulness to your autopilot mind as you do this activity. All right Well, what is your autopilot mind my autopilot mind is I need to catch up till day one of week nine I need to catch up that energy itself rushing energy something like a scarcity How we go run and go for the sale or maybe something is free and we just want to grab it, right? That is a scarcity energy in my Experiential in my experience. Okay.
Have I done that before? Yeah, sometimes okay It's not that I'm not done at all but that energy because I'm really aware of my energy I've been working on my mind my body my spirit for several years. I think it's more than 50 years now Okay, let's come back to this now. I know we're excited my auto-bell mind is I need to catch up till day one of week nine As soon as they completed steps one and two my presence in the flow of my thinking for writing this piece Inspired me to search for my VIA character strengths report that I received several years back See here is the thing you do something you do you find out your five.

I'm so happy I grabbed it, right? And then the exiting as a PDF in my hard drive in my folder computer Okay, as a report and that report is something that I never went in and saw okay after several years I think seven eight years ago to go now. Okay, so this report was received after taking an assessment in VIA Character strength sorry, I was blown away when I quickly scanned through the 23 page report that described my signature strengths Come up middle strings and lesser strings as they committed to using honesty strength Which is a signature string? I went back to my report and read aloud the entire page describing the character strength Honesty after reading the report.
I was motivated and felt okay To even spend the extra time to pull the following first article when I committed to writing and that first article Title and the podcast title is my suggestion about starting anything is choose and commit to yourself first I don't the following commitment statement in March on March 14, 2022. Here is my current status March 14 2022 I wrote this I commit to writing short form articles that may contain under 250 words and three minute read I commit to writing at least 11 of them in a month I choose and coming to stop beating myself when I don't complete the number mentioned within the time I set for myself I choose and commit to consciously start noticing how I'm building myself up instead of beating myself up I choose and commit to writing on personal development Come a self awareness comma exercising comma coaching and becoming a better version of arses or Any other topic that inspires me I choose and commit to doing my best my best based on my knowledge Come my experience and understand to provide value to my readers and listeners. What is the current status guys? I have nine articles published within the first month eight in the second month 11 in the third month and 27 in the fourth month.
I think that's pretty good progression I have kept up all my commitment except except that I'm both I'm bothered by my mind on autopilot thinking the thought I need to catch up writing till day one of week nine even though on March 14 2022 I committed to stop beating myself up The interesting part is that I never even committed to writing the life lessons and takeaway on the same day of doing the exercise Can you believe that in my commitment statement? Which I started initially and put it to the entire world by doing the first article I never even did that I never even committed to writing the life lessons and take away on the same day of doing my exercise It just happened as a side effect of my exercise schedule guys your subconscious mind knows It's more powerful than your conscious mind. It drives you It drives the conscious mind is driven by the subconscious mind. All right, anyway, during the 12 week home workout Doing the 12 week home workout is a separate commitment It was easier for me to create a writing strategy and create content while keeping the 12 week program as the backbone This is how I'm mindfully able to apply my honesty strength honesty signature strength to beat my autopilot bothered mind Right and create this piece of writing.
