This ONE nutrition mistake could be one of the reasons you're not making progress

from The Strong[HER] Way | Healthy nutrition and habits for moms, routines, strength training for women · host Alisha Carlson, Fitness and Nutrition Coach for Moms

Send us Fan MailAre you making this ONE nutrition mistake? I wouldn't be surprised if you are in some way or another. The problem is this is nutrition blunder shows up in so many different ways, it's hard to keep track of it. And often times we will simply swap one form of it for another. We want nutrition to be simple. We want it to be easy. However, often times this very behavior actually makes it way more complicated than it has to be and far from easy. Instead we end up spending countless minutes tracking what we eat. We count the calories or the macros or the points. And for what? The hope of weight loss. The hope that we will see that number on the scale go down. The hope that we will feel something better about ourselves than what we do right now. The problem is, our bodies are so much more complex than a simple formula of calories in vs calories out. So, if calorie counting is effective, efficient and NOT a long term solution to health, longevity, and sustainable weight loss why do we keep using it? This week on the show, we dive into this topic and I give you some practical ways you can start making some changes to the way you eat that doesn't have you tracking every bite you put into your mouth. Sound good? Hit play and free yourself from the never ending food math we are bombarded with on a daily basis. AND... if you are ready to take this work even deeper in your own life. Create freedom from the scale and nutrition labels. I got you, boo. Email [email protected] to schedule a call with me. On that call we will take a look at where you're at now (and why you're not where you want to be), plus we will map out the exact roadmap to get you to where you want to be. Also, if you are interested in following along and connecting with me on social, you can do so here (just know I have decided to take a social media break until my birthday April 15th.) FB: https://www.facebook.com/thealishacarlsonIG: https://instagram.com/alishacarlson_ LinkedIN: https://linkedin.com/in/alishacarlson
