Hello everyone, this is the second episode that I'm recording on July 23rd, 2023. Let's see how many episodes I'm able to record in a given. Normally I set an intentional only one episode per day. But I'm allowing that part of me, that unseen or unheard or unfelt you can call my soul or higher power or higher intelligence or infinite being to just to record the second episode.
I have done two episodes also in the past as I'm thinking through this. Sorry, however, today I said I'm organically just take this what to say divine intervention whatever you may call and I'm just doing it right now. The second title for today is This one ritual has helped me think about think better about money and the subtopic is yourself talked about money matters. Again this was published in elimination.
I practice a few rituals in the morning that help me integrate and live my body mind and emotions model. One such ritual is saying affirmations. I have observed that by saying affirmations loudly in front of the mirror, I get to see myself hear my voice watch my body language and feel my feelings to me. It serves as perfect coordination of how I'm physically showing up emotionally feeling and mentally present to what I'm affirming.
I started saying affirmations several years back when I lost my job and embraced self-employment as a blessing in disguise. Saying these affirmations have tremendously helped me move through major life transformations from money from sorry from mother to empty nester to mother-law to grandmother smoothly. In the professional arena saying affirmations have helped me determine be determined with grit and gratitude when expectations are not met. Stop help me how stop playing the victim role or feeling self-pla-plity or playing the blame game. So how did it help me stop playing the victim role? Number two start loving myself and forgive others this is very hard guys it's very very hard loving yourself is very hard it is not what we normally think and especially if we are from different culture culture and we make all the people from different culture and we are also so there is a whole lot of thing going on about loving yourself so what I would advise my audience is go search what does it mean go search and what different different spiritual gurus or different psychologists or psychiatrists what they are saying about self-flowing just figure out for your own self but this for me personally Louie says book meditation is taking your life and how to yourself or something I don't know I don't know because it's so much a part of me so these have helped me because she teaches how to unconditionally love yourself no matter what and improve improve you know and help others and love okay coming back to the article as we decide to spend money during the coming at that time I wrote it was Thanksgiving okay Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays it's quite normal to be inundated with money worries added to this is fear caused by the news of approaching precision I invite you money can be one of my best friends money is one of the easiest things to demonstrate that statement usually makes us feel angry especially if we have if you're having money funnies our beliefs about money are so ingrained that it's hard to talk about them without a lot of emotion coming up it is much easier to teach a workshop and sex than on money we get angry very angry when our money patterns are challenged we aware of how you feel about money you could look into a mirror and say to yourself my biggest worry concerning money is that you fill it with whatever comes up for you and then relax and let the feelings come up maybe you will hear I cannot take care of myself or I will turn out poor just like dad or I will starve and become a bad lady or I just don't trust myself listen to what comes and write it down listen to what comes and write it down this is very powerful guys don't think that writing down is a waste of time don't think that writing down is only for passing the exam and becoming an engineer or a doctor write down your thoughts your feelings it can liberate you okay you might find yourself saying wow look at what I believe no wonder I am not having the prosperity I want become aware of what belief is blocking the flow of money then begin to change the beliefs instead of running the thought that I am going to starve I can begin to love myself with new thoughts such as I am safe in the universe everything I need is provided I now allow myself to earn a good income so this is pulled out whatever I read just now that one paragraph is affirmation for the word affirmation I have realized that by saying the above affirmation consistently my subconscious mind is programmed with thoughts of solution confidence gratitude and abundance instead of thoughts of problems worry ungraciousness I don't know whether there's a word that I used it and scarcity you are programming or I was programming with thoughts of solution confidence you may ask how let me give an example when I see the decline in the returns in my stock portfolio as I used to okay I don't get as nervous worried or problem focused as I used to be before consistently saying these affirmations however after consistently saying these affirmations within bracket I guess as for the programming in my new thinking pattern come up bracket closed I look for the dividends earned during that period demonstrating my ability to look for solutions and feel confident not feel for the sake of it but deeply feeling so absolutely I earned the dividend right okay I thank and love myself for working on my mind body and spirit by saying this powerful affirmations demonstrating my ability to stay in the state of gratitude and abundance yes I in fact post covid guys more and more and more I feel that the more you've watched how you feel what is your state are you in a feeling of gratitude are you in a state of gratitude or abundance or scarcity or complaining and blame game and shaming and guilty which state are you be aware the more you're becoming aware and you correct yourself do your course correction the better it is for you to make clear decisions I thank the financial institution the dividend itself and my initial decision to in reinvest my dividends what a beautiful change do you understand temporarily there may be a decline in the rate of return but choosing to reinvest the dividend I am organically buying that stock at a low price which I may not feel like doing so with the new money by doing the above acts I can think clearly and take steps to learn more about each stock or mutual funds performance then sell or buy or hold the investment at an appropriate time wow I feel so great and happy to have described the benefit of a very small part of my morning ritual
