This Pod is on Fire (Alicia Keys)
from Music She Missed Hosted by Music She Missed
Welcome back, listeners! This week we are joined by Alicia Keys superfan and Rachel superfriend Naomi! We’ll learn about the early aughts Saturday Morning Cartoon which hooked Naomi on the classically trained singer/songwriter/piano virtuoso/grammy machine, explore her influences, her body of work, and find out which Whoopi Goldberg movie she is definitely NOT in. As a bonus - we FINALLY ask Rachel what she means by “delivery of the lyrics.” Music: “Jump for Joy” by Scott Holmes http://www.freemusicarchive.org/music/Scott_Holmes/ http://www.facebook.com/ScottHolmesMusic Cover Art provided by Merry Little Doodle https://www.etsy.com/shop/MerryLittleDoodle Connect with us!
