A Community organisation with an aim to promote healthy living and wellbeing in the community by improving mental health and a healthy lifestyle. Vicky and Angie talked about how Studio uses various therapy's and activities to help all ages and disabilities improve their mental and physical wellbeing.  We also went into how Studio puts on events and fundraisers to help keep Studio Chislehurst going, including Drag Bingo, Quiz nights and much more.
