Her desire is to empower individuals into their destiny. She believes God is raising an army of warriors in this season to advance the Kingdom of God. She is called to equip, train, and impact lives through the Word of God so they enter into their God anointed assignments. ​ Lois is president of Empowering Life Center, an equipping and training ministry and owns her own counseling business.
