This Week in Moab - Rep. Carl Albrecht, USU's Wellbeing Project, and Stewarding Tourism

There's lot going on during This Week in Moab. First, Representative Carl Albrecht discusses HB 247, which would allow Grand County to spend more of its Transient Room Tax revenue on mitigating the impacts of tourism, as well as on economic diversification efforts. Then (14:00) , Dr. Courtney Flint joins the program to chat about USU's Wellbeing Project. Their 2021 survey will gather data on how Utahans' overall wellbeing is affected by COVID-19. And finally (35:00), Elaine Gizler, Director of Economic Development and the Moab Area Travel Council comes on to give updates on stewarding a developed tourism economy. Tune in!
