Can Balloons Reconnect Puerto Rico? That story and more on H2O Radio’s weekly news report about water. One issue coming to light after the recent hurricanes is how wildlife was affected. Last week the EPA confirmed that one of the most powerful carcinogens, dioxin, has leaked from a Superfund site just east of Houston, following Hurricane Harvey. Another country bans fracking. Radioactive material from the damaged Fukushima nuclear power plant is leaching into the ocean nearly 60 miles away. This project is anything but "loony" and could restore some normalcy to Puerto Rico.
