THIS WEEK ON DDP RADIO WE WELCOME HAYDN WALDEN

from DDPY Radio · host DDPYoga

Wednesday on Team DDPYOGA we welcome Haydn Walden, one of the most inspirational members of Team DDPYOGA and the new director of certification! Live from his headquarters in the UK, Haydn will join us to talk about what it takes to become a certified instructor, and he’ll also answer your questions!     Haydn will also talk about how he wasn’t always a lean-mean certifying machine. “I spent many years of his life as a dyspraxic drummer, who's maximum physical exertion included lifting my drums in and out of their cases,” he recalled. “At the age of 26 I fell in love with Muay Thai boxing, but it was short lived. Over four years I incurred too many injuries and damaged hyper-mobile joints so I had to stop training.” After gaining weight and living in agonizing physical pain, Haydn found DDPYOGA. Since starting DDPYOGA in February 2013 Haydn has dropped 57 pounds, is virtually pain-free, and became the first certified instructor outside of the USA. He is now working as the Director of Certification for DDP YOGA, helping instructors in training, and working closely with Yoga Doc and DDP to keep the certification process ahead of the game.
