This Week Simi Got Weird

This week was a little bit of everything. I recap several major local headlines, including a tragic train incident, a major drug bust, local election results, an $8 million recreation project, and a donut disaster. I also share highlights from Simi Fest at Cronies, which brought together tons of community spirit for a fun-filled weekend. Plus, it’s time for another Aldi Finds roundup! The Fourth of July aisle is already packed with festive goodies, Father’s Day offerings are surprisingly limited, and summer merchandise continues to roll into stores. If you’re planning backyard barbecues, pool days, or just looking for a few fun seasonal finds, I’ve got you covered. It’s a week of serious news, strange news, community events, and shopping adventures.
