This Weekend: BR Underground Film Festival Returns To Spotlight The Unconventional

Joe Carleton and Nathan Hall, organizers of the Baton Rouge Underground Film Festival (BRUFF), join Mornings With Brian Haldane to preview the festival’s second year. They discuss BRUFF’s focus on independent, creative, and unconventional filmmaking, along with a packed schedule of screenings, workshops, panels, and special events. Highlights include a screening of Sex, Lies, and Videotape, a PJ party, a movie-themed drag show, and a closing-night celebration. With ticket sales already ahead of last year’s pace, organizers expect another strong turnout.
