Thomas Jefferson: "Founding Foodie"

As the independence day holiday approaches, we think about our freedom in America. One of the more interesting facts surrounding one of our nation's “Founding Fathers” is that some would call Thomas Jefferson, America's "Founding Foodie.” Today on HearSay, our favorite foodie, Chef Patrick Evans-Hylton, will help us explore the many food contributions from Jefferson today on the program. We’ll see how one of Virginia's favorite sons definitely made his mark on the colonial cuisine scene and his legacy lives on to this day.
