Defendant Thomas Stein was found guilty on all counts including first degree murder after the jury deliberated for five hours. Rolbert Joachin, the Haitian Illegal that murdered a woman with a mallet was in court on Monday where his public defender sought his release on a technicality. The alleged Fort Myers murderer remains in custody. Plus, A Fort Myers mother was arrested after running on to a football field and punching a 9 year-old kid.
