6/5/23 If Artificial Intelligence had an evil twin, it would be Automation. A World of Artificial Intelligence and Automation together will have no work for Humans. What will Humans do without Jobs/Labor? Will they become useless? Or will the flourish with unlimited time to follow their passions and work of fulfilling their desires?  A solution to a Jobless Society is being debated by the powers that be. This week we will discuss 2 solutions they have proposed to quell the effects of a World in which Human Labor is no longer required.  1 Solutions is UBI aka Universal Basic Income. We discussed this before a few years ago. UBI will work sort of like the Public Assistance system we have in place today. Everyone will receive a check (Digital Currency) for a specified amount to compensate for a Jobless Society. Sounds crazy but think the Stimulus program and PPP Loans they rolled out during Covid when people who were unable to work recieved weekly Monetary Assistance.
