The number of teens leaving school with no qualifications is much higher than officially stated. RNZ found nearly one-in-five school leavers last year - more than 13,000 individuals - did not have any qualifications. That is well above the 10,500 the Education Ministry reported in July. RNZ's education correspondent John Gerritsen reports.
