Those Tormented by Shame Are Accepted by Jesus (PsychoSpiritual Dynamics)

There are precious individuals who have been terribly abused by others to such an extent that they develop an indentity of shame.  They are not at ease in their own skins.  They are spiritually and mentally fragile, and yet they may have remarkable courage.  These people have stories that frighten the untutored ear.  They have stories that both compel and repel.  They are survivors of the unspeakable.  They are fragmented beings with souls torn open by those without conscience. They are narratives of unspeakable shame.  Most importantly, they are loved by God.
