Send us Fan MailI know I got "yesterday" since I told two people, "hey! what you're doing [taking advantage of the fact every day is a new day] isn't going to work since I know what happened yesterday so the conversation today is in direct contradiction" which is an identified prompting event & broad enough that it's a behavior that can connect to others who do the same behavior. Similarly, someone who takes bits-and-pieces of a conversation & creates an entirely new narrative or responds by using a piece here and a piece here, but purposely avoids the BIG PICTURE. It's hard to make sense of things over time, or with a wider scope or even to hold multiple thoughts, but when you add, "is it for money, control, power or to avoid questions*, it begins to make sense.
