Thou Shalt Not Steal

When God said, "Thou shalt not steal," He gave us the right to own things. The 8th Commandment repudiates all man-made attempts to thwart ownership of private property. Ownership also paves the way for integrity, industry, and true generosity. By recognizing this God-given right, society can progress towards healthy success. Yet, no form of government can eradicate man's tendency towards theft, laziness, and greed. The forgiveness and power to overcome these come only from the One Who owns it all, our Lord Jesus Christ.
