With Ash asking, "What is this movie?" and Randy Newman in the writing credits, there were moments Dick and Gene had their doubts: Is Chevy Chase capable of being funny? Was Martin Short the right choice for Ned Nederlander? Is this comedy good or just memorable? "No!" Big D bravely shouted.
