Send us Fan MailMitch Zorn has been celebrating the release of his debut EP Mitch Zorn. We caught up with him during his Calgary Stampede adventures.Mitch grew up in a town of 1000 people, rural Nakusp, British Columbia, where he joined his family band at just eight years old. It wasn’t long before he was headed South to work in the oil fields in Texas. Mitch would spend five years going between there and Nashville to write songs on his weeks off.We talked a lot about how working in the oil fields really inspired and shaped his songwriting. Mitch decided to move home after five years down South and really started to work on recording music.
