Three Centres Meditation
from The Daily Meditation with Brother Richard
In this meditation, I guide you through a visualisation practice centred on three places of awareness within the body.We begin by settling into stillness and becoming aware of the breath. From there, attention moves gently to the first centre just below the navel, a place of grounding and stability. In the imagination, a soft blue-white light begins to grow outward from this point. We then move to the centre of the chest, the place of emotion and compassion. Here the light becomes a gentle rose-white glow, reminding us that our lives begin in love and are sustained by it.Finally, attention rises to the head, where a golden-white light represents clarity, understanding and the awakening of our deeper potential. As these three centres settle into harmony, they are gathered together within a wider sphere of pure white light, allowing the whole body to rest in stillness and awareness. This daily guided meditation offers a moment of calm, whether you are pausing during the day or winding down before sleep, helping you rest in the breath and return to a deeper sense of balance and presence.Chapters 00:00 – Introduction 00:45 – Understanding the three centres 01:15 – The bell 03:15 – The grounding centre below the navel 03:45 – A blue-white light expanding 05:00 – The centre of the chest 05:20 – The centre of emotion 05:30 – Love as our origin 05:50 – A rose-white light 07:30 – The centre of the head 08:30 – A golden-white light 09:04 – Holding the three spheres together 09:40 – A greater sphere of pure white light 10:30 – Resting in the breath 12:00 – Closing bell Hosted on Acast.
