Three Days Until the Midterms
from The Weekend Hosted by Jackie Alemany, Jonathan Capehart, Eugene Daniels, Jeff Mason, Eugene Robinson, Alex Tabet
October 31, 2026, 7 AM; The White House said Trump is expected to make stops in Iowa and Kansas on Sunday. But just a day earlier, the Republican National Committee announced he was canceling scheduled rallies in those states and would opt instead for a series of tele-rallies. Now, it appears he will be doing both, though he's complaining about how much he's had to campaign. Meanwhile, Democrats have been focused on sharpening their closing message around the economy and calling out corruption in the Trump administration. Jeff Mason and Eugene Robinson join The Weekend to discuss the election.
