Three Powerful Words (TTTS #5)

Sometimes we can say a lot with just a very few words. “I love you”, “Be careful”, or “I’ll be back”, can be said lightly or loaded with meaning, depending on the context. But with God, since He never wastes words nor uses them flippantly, we should always be paying attention. And yet, there are times when what He says is so rich and powerful, that it merits a really close look. One such phrase is the one He spoke to Jacob many years ago: I AM GOD.It is a fantastic statement, and for the believer, it is full of comfort and hope. (WT58)
