I have a really good marriage. 

I'm a disciplined and hard man. 

The fact I'm in my marriage and it's still good, it's a huge feat. 

I can do psychological battle with anyone because of my past and create a tornadic storm of chaos. 

But, through all of this, I have been able to keep a good marriage.

1. Don't talk anything about work.  (Your spouse probably doesn't care.)

3. Study your partner's love language. 

The purpose of date night is figuring out what your partner's love language is. 

It's a night to see and hear your spouse. 

You don't have to ball out. 

Amy and I go out every Wednesday from 5 p.m- 7 p.m. 

Set a time once a week and execute.
