Soundtrack for the Conspiracy 64k intro "Clean Slate" (https://conspiracy.hu/release/64k/clean_slate/), eventual winner of both the 64k Intro Competition and the Party Favorite prize at the Revision 2021 online demoparty. Download at http://gargaj.umlaut.hu/music/Gargaj_-_Three_Steps_Back.flac This was initially really tough - throwing ideas around we really wanted to make something with a straight beat, mellow techno stuff (we were all inspired by https://soundcloud.com/jonhopkins at the time), but it just... wasn't coming together, and the visual concept changed over time, so on a whim I took all the instruments, swapped the beat out and boom, it clicked. Obviously https://soundcloud.com/h0ffman influenced cos I'm not letting him win a soundtrack award with a 64k tune again.
