Three years sober & how I control my thoughts and feelings, Ep 46

from From Sobriety To Recovery: An Addiction Recovery Podcast · host Jesse Mogle

In this week's episode, we discuss how thoughts cause feelings, which drive actions, which create results, and how understanding this connection has been and will continue to be the foundation of my sobriety and addiction recovery mission. Three years, 36 months, 156 weeks, 1,095 days, 26,282 hours - my how time flys. Every day I wake up sober is the best day of my life. I want all of you to feel that way, but I have no control over your thoughts, feelings, actions, or results. I can be a helpful guide along the way, but you, and only you, control your thoughts, feelings, actions, and results. You are in charge of your sobriety. You decide to be sober and work on your best life...or you CHOOSE to use because that suffering is what feels comfortable to you.  I desire you all to be on your own journey with the strength of 1000 gods riding along beside you.
