'Three’s a Crowd' & 'I’m Not with the Band'

The plaintiff says the defendant cheated on her after they got married, and he even moved another woman into their home. She’s suing her ex for an illegal eviction and emotional distress. The defendant insists they had an open relationship with threesomes. He’s countersuing for stolen property.  Then, The plaintiff and defendant played in the same band together. He says the two founding band members kicked him out, so he’s suing for unpaid expenses. The defendant says things started out well with the plaintiff, but then he tried stealing the band’s copy-written material.
