Thriving As A Leader When You Don't Fit The Mould

from Quietly Visible · host Carol Stewart

Being black and introverted, from early childhood Claudia Crawley has never felt that she fitted the mould.  Driven by her top values of ambition and achievement, in this week's episode, Claudia, discusses how she has thrived as a leader who doesn't fit the mould, and how you can too. From experience, she has found that women managers at middle and senior management level, often lack confidence, experience Impostor Syndrome, despite their achievements and have difficulty regarding themselves as leaders. Her aim is to support them to recognise and build on the leadership skills and experience they bring to the table so that they see themselves anew and from an empowered perspective.  Claudia's mission is to change the world one woman at a time! About Claudia Crawley Accredited Master Coach and NLP Master Practitioner, Claudia is the Founder of Winning Pathways Coaching.  As a former Social Work Manager, Claudia has longstanding experience managing and leading diverse teams of mainly women in the social care sector. This has equipped her to become an effective executive coach, specialising in working with women social work managers of diverse backgrounds. Despite her focus on working with women social work managers, she is not exclusive and has also worked with individual men and with public sector organisations such as local authority social services departments, the Electoral Commission, Unison, NSPCC, University College London, NHS and NHS England.
