The importance of activating our throat chakra cannot be underestimated. Spirit is encouraging all of us to speak our deepest and most vulnerable truths.Truth speaking from the heart is the essence of human connection.Those who know me or listen to the podcast know that my throat chakra is pretty cracked open but over the past month or so, I have been noticing a difference in the potency of emotions coming up from my heart and out of my mouth.WWhen I was recording the last ritual…. light language began spilling out for the first time.
