Through difficulty, painful and traumatic experiences

from Thulani Tomose · host Thulani Tomose

When you are going through difficult and painful times, you feel like it’s the end of the world.  You lose yourself and your identity in the crisis. You are hunted/controlled/crippled by your unwanted flashbacks/memories of the past.  You cannot think straight, your mind is overloaded with questions that you will never get answers to.  You are angry, hurt disappointed, and deeply sad.  You wished everything could turn back to the normal, but it doesn’t.  Let me tell you what may help you.  Nobody plans for their life’s to be full of pain, suffering, doubts, difficulties.  We all go through painful experiences sometimes that we never wish or asked for.  Learn to understand, accept, forgive, heal and let go of the memories and people that are making your heart breaks and sick.  If you may need support, don’t hesitate to contact me.  Have a lovely afternoon. Lots of love.
