from Through the Fire · host Ryan

Dorsey, born on January 16, 1977, with Apert’s Syndrome, a congenital disability characterized by protrusion of the forehead, receding nose and mouth, and fusion of fingers and toes, has faced significant challenges throughout his life. Despite doctors’ limited prognosis and recommendations for institutionalization, Dorsey’s parents, driven by their unwavering faith, placed their trust in God, believing He would transform Dorsey’s life.Throughout his journey, Dorsey has overcome numerous obstacles and trials. He endured bullying, was subjected to derogatory terms such as “monster” and “freak,” and underwent multiple surgeries. Despite the overwhelming odds stacked against him, educators doubted his potential for academic success. However, with unwavering determination, Dorsey enrolled at Queens Borough Community College. After four years of arduous effort and perseverance, he earned an associate degree and subsequently transferred to the University of Valley Forge.Through years of dedication and faith, Dorsey graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Youth Ministry. His philosophy, encapsulated in the phrase “can’t is not in my vocabulary,” reflects his lifelong refusal to acknowledge limitations. He firmly believes that with divine assistance, all endeavors are attainable and that he can overcome life’s challenges through Christ, who provides him with the strength to persevere.Find out more about Dorsey: https://dorseyrossministries.com/Contact Dorsey:Website: https://dorseyrossministries.com/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/DROCKROSSInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/dorsey.ross/Twitter: https://x.com/DorseyRossContact us: Facebook @Ryan Wickline or @Through the Fire. Instagram @wickline_ryan.TicTok @throughthef1re.YouTube @ThroughtheFire.Email: [email protected] Coaching Consultation call available now...Message me!!"It always seems impossible until it's done!!"
