“Send Coach John a message”Found another great little item that I picked up to share with you & I found some tremendous value with this one.  From Lorraine Woodrow (@Woodrow Lorraine) this truth came out that I think we all need to connect with a little better.  It’s so easy to judge others, but when I do it (which sadly happens way too often), I end up causing myself more troubles for sure.  If I were to just try to be a bit more patient and compassionate, I might find myself learning some things that will help me grow into the person that I need to be, in order for me to do the things that I want to do.  I’m reminded again, that good things in the world usually take effort and are not easy to do… but they are for sure, worth that effort.
