On today’s WTJX Radio NewsFeed: Construction is underway on a nearly $9.2 million replacement for the flood-prone Sister Emma Cottage at the Queen Louise Home for Children on St. Croix.   A federal judge has rejected the Charlemagnes’ attempt to file their dismissal motion under seal, leaving room to refile by complying with court procedures, while also requiring the defense to address whether jury selection or contempt proceedings could remedy allegations of government misconduct.   Residents are being invited to help shape plans for a $22.4 million modernization of St. Croix's container port during a 6:00 p.m. public meeting tomorrow being held at the VIPA conference room on the second floor of the Henry E.
