Meanwhile, attorneys for White and co-defendant Benjamin Hendricks have filed objections to the government’s sentencing recommendations. Senior District Judge Wilma Lewis sentenced John Paul Cunningham, 31, to seven years in federal prison for possession of child sexual abuse material following a 2020 investigation by Homeland Security Investigations agents.
