Jay Z throws up an extremely left-field idea for Essendon's next coach, Isaac loves the Wildcard race, and K-Mac's Royal Commission looks at sportspeople who've taken off during a mid-season break. Lions star Hugh McCluggage joins the team from boundary side as he recovers from a calf injury, and the team discusses the push to limit contact training.
