Send us Fan MailOn this week's Thursday Thoughts, Polly and I are talking about embracing ageing.It’s time to change the narrative - and let’s face it, we’re talking about women here - that you are ‘past your sell by date’ once you hit 40, 50, 60 etc.The truth is that age brings with it so many wonderful things, not least confidence, wisdom and experience. And can choose to embrace getting older by looking after ourselves properly, and truly owning the fact that age is just a number. Because let’s not forget the alternative…💀Rather than focusing on external beauty, we’re better off focusing on our inner landscape, because it’s our energy and our vibrancy that actually shine through, no matter how old we are.Women, like men, get better with age. So let’s not write ourselves off because we still have so much to give!And finally, don’t listen to the noise.
