Thursday within the Octave of Easter

Again, another wonderful passage from the Acts of the Apostles, 3: 11-26. The crippled man who was cured is still with Peter and John and the people of the town were amazed and Peter asks them, "Why are you amazed at this?" In the Gospel according to Luke, 24: 35-48, when Jesus hears His disciples are talking about how they had come to recognize Jesus him in the breaking of bread, Jesus says to His disciples, "Peace be with you", they thought they were seeing a ghost.
