Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. God rewards those that seek Him diligently in faith. This is illustrated in a multitude of instances throughout the pages of Scripture. The little boy who gave his lunch to Jesus, the twelve disciples that left all their livelihoods to follow Jesus full time, blind Bartimaes who cried out for his sight, the one-hundred and twenty who gathered in the upper room waiting for the promise of the Holy Spirit, the group of believers, including teenagers, gathered in Rhoda’s home praying for Peter’s release, and many more illustrations could be listed. Tonight will focus in on a lady at the end of here physical and emotional resources who sought Jesus in faith and was rewarded in a God-sized way.
