Thy Kingdom Come - Sent Out

There is great leadership development strategy of “I do – you watch – we talk” to “I do – you help – we talk” to “you do – I help – we talk” to “you do – I watch – we talk” and finally – “you do while someone else watches” Biblically speaking, it is a part of the process we call discipleship… where a teacher teaches to a point where the student is able to out on their own and do – as well as teach others. As we see in Matthew 10, it is what Jesus did as he prepares us and then sends us out.
