Where do we judge others the most?Is there ever a time to judge?Give me grace without truth and it won't change me. Give me truth without grace and I can't hear you. We want to live in that tension of Grace and Truth.Matthew 7:1 “Judge not, that you be not judged. 2 For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to youTo judge can mean anything to evaluate all the way over to condemn.I don't think Jesus is saying never to evaluate, but I do think he's saying never condemn.Judging in the form of condemnation is basically saying you are dead to me. Don't judge others or you will be judged in that same way.There will be times when you have to evaluate someone’s actions.Matthew 6:3-5Humble yourself and let it bring grace into the conversation. We need other people.We play Hide and Seek. You can only be held accountable for what you share.Do you have someone you share everything with?Matthew 7:6Matthew 13:45-46Don't turn pearls into bullets.Something beautiful should not to make you bleed. We have to move at their speed(not in our anxiety and fear). What should we do? Pray more. Work on your log. Shine like pearls. (Talk about what Jesus has done)Jesus is the choice pearl.
