Break downs happen. Usually to machinery. Often because it isn't serviced or maintained as well as it should have been. People are the same. If not given down time, maintenance and regular care and attention, they break down. Literally. Either we choose the how and when of our down time and maintenance or The Universe/God/Great Spirit/etc decides for you.
