TIB613 From Sporting Success to Psychology and Building Your Own Winning Team with Wayne Pearce

from Tradies In Business · host Nicole Cox

If you're as old as Waz, you'll remember what some refer to as the golden era of rugby league in Australia. No Australian rugby league player had a greater influence on fitness than Balmain lock forward Wayne Pearce. A non-drinker and non-smoker, Pearce's strict adherence to exercise and diet helped to modernise the game as he became a role model for younger players and fans. Pearce quickly rose to the Balmain captaincy in 1982, a position he held until his retirement. The Tigers reached the finals seven times during his reign, which included heart-wrenching grand-final losses in 1988 and 1989. These days, Wayne leads teams in the business world and shares his wisdom on what makes a winning tradie business team and how you can lead anyone to success.   --- Connect with Tradies in Business:Facebook: facebook.com/tradiesinbusinessInstagram: instagram.com/tradiesinbusinessYouTube: youtube.com/@tradiesinbusinessWebsite: tradiesinbusiness.com.auJoin our Group: facebook.com/groups/tradiesinbusinessSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
