Hey there, it's me Flip, Hera and Salt, and we just wanted to tell you about our awesome sponsors, DSM Foundry. Whoa, whoa, whoa, are they related to the brass guild because I swear I... Hold on, hold on, Flip, who are you talking to? The audience.
The audience. Never mind, what's DSM Foundry? Glad you asked. DSM Foundry is Des Moines's premier etching and engraving people.
They have all kinds of cool stuff on their website, custom wine glasses, cutting boards, tables, decor with pictures of Iowa. So they aren't members of the brass guild and where is this Des Moines? It's in Iowa and it's Des Moines. And no, they aren't members of the brass guild, but they have all kinds of cool metal art pieces and etchings for weddings, anniversaries, all occasions.
Interesting. Would they make a custom map of the Granite Sea North of here? We might need something like that. They sure will.
Custom maps are a specialty of theirs with both real and fantasy engraved decor maps. That sounds great Flip, but where do we go to find all that? Oh my god, did you guys hear that? Who was that?
Uh, shit. Oh, well, just go to www.dsmfoundry.com. Again, that's DSM, theletters Foundry.com. Get out of here, spirit, disembodied voice in my head.
I've already taken one of my arms and my friend. It's episode six. We're here. We survived last episode.
Oh, hold on. Not all of us. Not all of us. I mean, well, yeah, we'll see.
So, yeah, we've, we're here. But before we jump in the episode, we're going to jump in pretty quick. But let's go around. What are people doing?
Or what have they been doing? What's coming up? And let's also do interesting facts. Let's do one quick.
We'll do it all. Okay. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah.
It's Ted. I play your boy Flip with his dog, Flop. Life's been pretty hectic for me. My new child that comes into the world here in a few months.
So, things have been hectic as we try and get all of the little things squared away. I'm sure. Outside of that, you know, playing games started playing Magic together in Arena online. Nice.
Oh. I'll keep you posted on how close I am to becoming destitute. We're getting there. We're getting there, gang.
But moving into my fun fact or just fact, I'm not sure if it's any fun. is a spiritual person and he follows like the teachings of the children of Gaia, this religious group that praises the earth and wishes to return to it someday. I think I may have mentioned it, but in case they didn't like the big rain that caused like the state of the world to be the way it is, they felt that that was like judgment for humanity's poor choices and like mistreatment of mother Gaia and that they were all taken away, you know, bad people being punished. The secondary part of that is kind of like the biblical rapture, like that's just the beginning of the apocalypse, rains forever, drown people, we run to the sky and then the powers that be go away and just let things go for a while and then eventually they're going to come back.
Like Gaia's going to come back and reclaim the true believers and annihilate everybody else and that'll be the end of times. Yeah, but finale type of finale of time. Finale of everything Jeff. I mean, yeah, oh yeah.
That's my fact. All right, that was a happy cool. Yeah, feeling good. Political situation 2020.
Team giant, giant meteor. Meteor asteroid, I was never sure which was either way. Either way, team it. But yeah, I've been good.
I've been super busy. I don't have anything going on. My favorite Twitter account right now is possums every hour and it's just pictures of possums every hour. It's pretty great.
That's amazing. Some of them are cute. Some of them are a little horrifying. I think possums are great.
They ticks, which is cool. Yeah, no, I think ticks are gross. I also have super into bat houses in the summer too because they also eat ticks and gross bugs and mosquitoes. Yeah, malaria in Iowa.
The big, yeah, the big terror of summer. Let's see. So for my fact, I'm going to talk about a sport that is played within the world of tideball sport fact. So there's a sport.
It is called boat ball. There's boats and a ball. And basically it's played. There's two teams.
They each get like small boats. They kind of go out away from the main vessels. Usually there's a bunch of like spectator boats as well, kind of an afternoon sort of out on the water, so to speak thing. And they pull up a net between the two boats and then they try and they set up some obstacles.
And each team tries to go through basically this obstacle course with the ball and score by getting to the other side of the other team's boat. It's kind of like a combination of, I don't know, football and rugby in a gymnasium course over an ed over the endless abyss of the post-bok-lip to go ocean. There's lots of gambling and general fun. Gambling, cooking, violence, all sorts of things.
Chaos and delinquency and et cetera, et cetera. So that's a fun game. It's technically not legal, but it's one of those things where it's like, oh yeah, well, sure. Everybody plays it.
Everybody watches. So that is a sport. What does this tackling look like? This boat's raining each other.
Yeah, it's not, you train like push people off of the little obstacles and then onto the net below, if you're like, nobody's died for a while, but you know, there's probably two variants. There's one with regular boats and the ones where people have modded the shit out of their boats with weapons and crap. And one of them is much more dangerous than the other. Yeah, there's the sanctioned versus unsanction.
That's when you get ships. The underground illegal versus the above ground illegal sport. What happens to the losers is my wonder? Well, they get depending on what neighborhood they're from.
Like they get the shit kicked out of them by their home team neighborhoods. I just wondered if it was like the game from the ancient mine civilization, like it was sacrificed. Or like, yeah, thrown off. No, I don't think so.
I think it just gets not that hardcore. They get the disappointment and you know, of their their home fans. So don't play with the children of Gaia because they will throw you off the boat. Probably sacrificing it.
It's like back to the mother. All right, well, it's a sound bar. I'm back. Salt o'clock.
Maybe not for me this time. The wound is still very real. For me, today we just finished. I think it's the second round of set build for Eurydice.
And when this episode comes out, we'll be in the second weekend of shows. So if you want to come see what I'm talking about, it's not an any-nala. So that's what's going on with me. That's in Iowa.
That is an Iowa. So fly in. But as for me, one of the interesting things I thought about is going back to the, I guess, agricultural part is I think it's interesting that there are these harvesterships that have nets that go between them. And they go close enough to the water that they can pick fish up during their certain migratory times.
So there's fish up above. And I think they even do it for flocks of birds. They just net them in as chaos and feathers. But you know, gotta get food somehow.
Check out the sea. Check out the sky. Where the net and boat ball comes from. It's just some fishing boats getting a little excited.
Is this covered in fish? Yeah. Parnicles. We just delivered a last load.
On my end, last time I started starting a small game and then I started Red Dead the next day. Yeah, it's been my life. So it's work, sleep and Red Dead too. So there's that.
Not a lot to say there. It's fun. I enjoy it. Interesting fact, I haven't really talked about this, but another person type of being in this world are the Mongrels.
So the Mongrels are a hybrid human and animal. So kind of think of them as almost like werewolves where they look like normal people, but then they shift, but their transformation is nowhere near as severe as a werewolf where they become a full on wolf man. It's more they make it a little bit hairier and their claws come out and you know, they just get stronger. It's dumber, but they're, you know, they're like a lesser version of werewolves.
And the various scientists have tried creating different hybrids animals. You know, there's some that have tried to. Nothing ever goes wrong with that. Oh, yeah.
Mutant Ninja Turtles. Oh, yeah. Yeah. So turtle hybrids, bird hybrids, fish hybrids, all sorts of various animal hybrids.
So we haven't seen one yet in the show, but they're definitely around and they are fun, interesting. And yeah, I mean, they may have made the shadow. Maybe they've been in the show and we haven't seen them yet. It's possible.
They've just been around. So you're saying I could run into master splinter? That old man from episode one, the guy in the warehouse. We pissed him off, not knowing.
And that was going to be a turtle. Oh, yeah, the final boss. Yeah. Oh, yeah.
You paid on me. Oh, not me. He died. I'm rock steady.
So we are about to start up at once. So we're going to let our narrator read us away and then we'll we'll get going. So our adventurers got stuck in the fight. Pilots just wouldn't do up.
So eventually, someone called the cops and alarm started bringing our heroes up to try and to see things were getting dicey as the crew which we didn't do the shit. One of them grabbed salt with their spear. He tried to escape with fail. So his last chance was to make her visit jump onto the ship.
Well, unfortunately, salt fell. Really, really, really, really far down was everyone's on board the ship. But they made their seat. He tried searching for salt.
He was nowhere to be found. It was a tense journey. But eventually what remains of our heroes made it to the tortoise. What will happen next?
Find out now. And we're back. Hey, Jeff. Hey, what's up?
Do you know who that narrator is that narrator? Yeah, I got funny voice. He does. It's it's probably some weirdo.
So starting off last episode as we all know was a tense episode. And I realized after looking at the mechanics of the game that it's not necessarily aimed towards the players. And that's what kind of caused a lot of what happened last time. That and we were a little bit incompetent.
Well, that too. And you had the option to leave and you chose not to take it. We had one option to leave. So we did not take it.
So one quick mod of farm doing the game that I'm giving to the players is now a player can spend a story point after dice have been rolled. And you can add either one success or one advantage. So that means is you can use it to if you get like the zero successes you haven't failed, you haven't succeeded. You can spend a story point to succeed on that check.
You can also, if you're in combat and say you've got a weapon that's got a creating three and you've got two advantage dice, you could give yourself a third one to get that lucky crit. Oh boy. So that's a good nut. Okay.
So that gives you an extra way to use it. I can't use it that way because I don't want it to be a way to trick it to everything. But if more of a after I sort of rolled, if you want to use, you can't use all of them, you can only use one sort of point to do either one success or one advantage. But that should give you some extra options to avoid the whole constantly rolling the null zeros where you just get fucked over.
I think that I was just us. It was a lot. It was very it was very it was a lot of unlucky rolls. And that was very I'm shooting the stink.
Every purple dice in this group. Yeah. Yeah, we like properly blessed those. You have to stink either that black guy that just followed you until you died.
Yeah, you're no longer up though. I am no longer up to be fair. I feel like there's a morality issue there. Maybe don't get crazy drunk.
Moderation kid. Yeah, just like a competency. Like, oh man, we might fight in a minute. Maybe I should.
Shit. Shitface. Alan. Alan.
I mean, the goal is to get them drunk and then unfortunately, salts got more drunk than them. It backfired. It would have been a great plan. But that was good.
If they got shitface, he had succeeded at his like resilience role. I suppose. He was like really channeling flip just like good ideas on paper that are executed. This could work.
It worked on me. You don't have my kid luck. It's true. Can't use that youthful experience.
Okay. So yeah, starting this episode, we're going to start with Hera flip flop and whoever else is on the crew. Joe and Uriah, my Salk Angoids. Yep, Salk Ang.
Okay. So you guys are on the ship. You are within eyesight of the tortoise and you know that the tortoise is a, it's not really a traveling ship. It's more of a stationary ship, which you would have, you kind of going in.
That's what this was. So what is your approach? What do you do? What's your plan?
What are you doing? What's up? The voyage here. I've been probing Joe and Uriah for information on the tortoise to fully understand what we're about to walk into.
Okay. Let's roll a check for that. So you could do probably does a Joe still believe he's the chosen one? I believe so.
Okay. Cool. That doesn't wear off. Yeah.
I think that's just kind of stay in front of everyone. He's going to save the world. Psychological breaking. Okay.
Yeah. My boy. So roll me if you want to do charm, you could do that. If you want to do is there what is it investigation?
What is it in this game? I click on the perception or street wise? I would let you do street wise or charm basically. How much can you learn from what he says or how much is he just going to tell you?
I will do charm. I got two rings and that's not good. Okay. Okay.
Would you here's all Dougry. Take a blue because you're really good friends with him. Yeah. And then it's going to be what's his willpower.
I think it'll be one two purple basically to figure out how much you know. No, just one purple because your friends are little. Yeah. It makes it easier for you.
Yeah. It's right. It'd be helpful. I've got three successes, no failures, two disadvantage or two advantage to that one.
So there's no. Okay. So you learn that in the city it is. We're good for one per episode of those.
Oh yeah. Spooky. Oh, I'll be honest. So the tortoise has between probably 500 to 1000 people on it.
It's you know, it's a bigger city but the cities aren't like modern day like cities like three boat ball teams. Yep. And on that it's about half of the city is the brass guild and the other half is civilians. There isn't a huge government on the ship.
There's some but it's not there's not as much government presence here is another ship. Would you say that the ship is run by the brass guild? The ship is behind the scenes run by the brass guild. It's not necessarily that they have guards posted everywhere but they kind of run things but it's not as open as in other places.
So yeah, that's what you know that what you're going into again is not a horse and brass is not like you're moving into a fortress but you're not going into just a ship that's like hell having anything about like and they just know that that was the ship. They weren't like there were no like master plans like given to the henchmen at all anything really convenient like that. Not really no. Yeah.
I think Kara is like angrily organizing things and like walking by occasionally and like pretending not to eavesdrop but like eavesdropping and like listening in on all the information trying to like figure out what's going on. So like as you're walking by you here. All right. So here's the plan.
We're gonna find. Yeah. We're gonna find people like you Joe. Okay.
People at the bottom of the totem pole who get shit on all the time and we're gonna find competent civilians and we're we're gonna make salt gang. Massive. Okay. Yeah.
Yeah. He's like knocking excitedly. All right. And then we're gonna take over this order like take it all over the whole thing.
This point like Eric like kicks something like accidentally like a God. I can't there's a lot of them flip. Well, hey, maybe we don't want everybody to hear about our plan Joe. All right.
Okay. I sort of wait for your just like stops angrily off like oh my god this fucking salt gang thing is gonna kill me. Yeah, the whole thing. Yeah.
Absolutely. The whole thing. There's like at least there's a lot of people. I died for this.
What's the distance? We just we pan we pan to you know, like bloody mess in the sea just like floating. Oh my god. It still hurts.
It just seals quickly pans back to the group. That's just for the audience not for us. No better gaming. Sorry audience.
But that was for you. Hurt me. That means Ted the person that's metapame. Oh god.
Yeah. So died for this. And I'm going to finish where he started. Okay.
Okay. We're gonna take this place over. It'll all of it. Yeah.
Oh, and he he he doesn't look super convinced but he's agreeing to you but he looks scared. He's probably the best way to describe it. It's okay to be scared. Okay.
And then I think he dying is not so bad Joe. I think he he likes let's get the commentary here. I think he like like grabs you on the shoulder and just like squeezes for a moment. He's like he's scared but you've given him confidence.
He's like we got this. Yeah. Yeah. We can ship and he starts talking over.
Yeah. Yeah. We can say it and it you know rambles on a bit but then he's like okay. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We got this.
We got this. So I think Hera all like the whole week while this is going on is kind of like increasingly panicked until like finally like we're right in eyesight. Like we're I think we're she pulls up the ship like just outside of like visible range for the ship and she just kind of is staring at it kind of like trying to figure out what to do because I think there's the issue of the brass guild which I think is going to be a problem. Oh yeah.
And I'm wondering if there's any information that she would know about like how fast information would travel within the ranks of the brass guild to know like how bad things got fucked up. So it's the I mean it's the age of C right. So if something happens there's no media transfer you know it's ships coming in going right. So as of right now on the previous ship you were on you've either killed or recruited everyone that was there that you know of right.
Right. So you really your enemies right now is from the first place you know where Leo was and all those other assholes like they've seen you they know I think at least your name Hera I'm not sure if that lady learned flip flop or what was the page the page name you were using page the page that I'm sorry how did I forget that. Okay. For your page the page.
So we're quick. Oh god really. Oh I didn't even get that. Wow.
I hate it even more. Real quick. Can you really need a perception check? I'm gonna roll to get a minute people are currently on the vessel and I'm gonna have you try to figure how much you can see.
That's really awful. Good thing I have two levels in that though. So I am that's. And would anyone be helping you do this coming?
No. Of course not. Soul Kang is sitting on their asses down. Soul Kang is down.
We're squatting. Well she's actually doing real weird. Okay. So that's two ability anything else any modifiers just to and it'd be difficult to.
I'll just do difficulty one because they're it's basically trying to see how many ships are on vessel. So remind me that's that's one purple. Yep. And then perception is based on one of your skills.
Yep. Two. And you have any ranks and perception. Two.
So it's gonna be two yellows. Okay. Ooh. We're looking at three successes and nothing else.
Did you roll a purple? No. Well, okay. Never mind.
Well, one success is the. Well, yeah. Either way. You succeeded.
Two access. So with that. Stop talking about the dice like they're not there. I was still here.
Oh god. On a range of like 500 to 1000 based on how many ships are in. Port at once. So I rolled on my 200 to 76.
So there's probably somewhere in the range of 750 people on vessel at the moment. Now that can change on a good day. But it's it's on the higher end. Not completely full.
Awesome. So Hera freaks out for a little bit on her own. She does the solitary drinking thing. She does the stress cleaning thing.
And eventually on her own, she decides, okay, we're gonna we're gonna go all in on this. And she pulls out her her breast gilled. Garb. Garb.
Your code. Her like badge of like a like her old gear. And then she she kind of goes in and she starts pulling up towards the ship. And she's gonna try and dock and pass herself off as a rescue limber.
Okay. And do you have your pin or did you take a pin from someone else? She's gonna use hers. I think she has, you know, the one that she stole.
You've got a higher rank. Yeah. But she's gonna go in as her rank. Like so right now she's unaffiliated because she you know, the slight issue of being kicked out of her last organization.
But like, you know, she she's gonna go in as herself as Hera and see what that what that got certain terms of information and just hope to hell. I mean, if you know, it all falls apart. If if somebody like, you know, got in there faster, if somebody like knows her or but like she's hoping that the numbers are there that you know, maybe she can slip in and slip out and see what we find. Okay, cool.
So you guys you drive up. I'm not gonna make any rolls for it because it's a pretty basic. Docking order is a step to turn. You don't have to roll unless there's something, you know, if you were trying to quickly escape different story, but so yeah.
You guys get in to vessel and when you get there, it's bustling port. Everything seems to be going normal and then you get approached by a Harbormaster and from what you see, he does not look to be master vessels. Master vessels? Yes, master vessels.
Yes. So you get there. He does not look to be breast gilt and you fill out all the required paperwork. Here it does that you've done this probably.
Yeah, you've done this. You don't need to get no rolls for it and you get in once you were in what do you do? What do you go? What's what's the what's the goal here?
So I think Hera has done all of this like completely without consulting flip or any of the rest of the sulting once we dark sulting leaves. So I think so there you like walk up past her and she kind of stops them and like just kind of is like, what are you doing? We ignore her. Ignore her.
Let's go guys. Okay, sure. Let's go. Okay, sure.
Let's go. Hera calls back like seriously, what the fuck are you doing? Are you just gonna like go and get lost? This is my boat.
We keep going. Okay. Hera, like I think. Hera follow them.
Hera starts swearing at the nearest like random passerby and I think Hera follows them. I think Hera just kind of like throws her arms up and is like fucking asshole kids and they're fucking like stupid sultan and she's yeah on about salt dying and like everything is a mess now. But at this point, yeah, she's just gonna kind of follow from behind and occasionally occasionally just probably chip in and start swearing it flippin etc. And see what happens.
You're gonna make a scene. I think Hera just kind of like like pretends to like walk on ahead. And like ignore flip. I think yeah, she's gonna try and like be as passive aggressive as possible.
Okay. So she like pretends to like ignore him and walk ahead and not make a scene. But yeah, they're probably making a horrible scene. Like everybody who like sees them like yelling and not yelling and like being petty at each other.
I think is just like looking like, oh my god, who is this child and how is he like with such terrible guardians? Okay, so you guys have gone out as a group. Hera's like you do go with one group or is it I think slightly separate. We'll just kind of populate it.
Yeah, okay. But we stay near each other. I think Hera's like keeping an eye out for in her mind. She's like gonna like make sure he doesn't get into trouble.
But I don't know that she would necessarily jump in right away. Okay. So you're traveling down and what's the first place you're trying to go to? Socking is looking for an abandoned building of some kind like a warehouse or an office building to set up base.
Look at her house. Yeah. Okay. Look at her house.
Look at her house. Salt house. Yep. So I think so hair is leading the way, but really you're just kind of in front.
Yeah, she's just kind of flip his on the lookouts for this thing or that thing. Socking almost gonna be known as the spice rack. Yeah. Oh, boo.
I think Hera's kind of keeping her eye out. Like she's looking for a brass gilled info spot. So like a bar or something like that. Anything.
I think maybe looking for like some sort of like marker sign like whatever the brass gilled use to like indicate like kind of a group hangout or anything like that. So she's gonna see if she can like find some information and maybe do some interviewing or figure out kind of what if anybody like if there's publicly any kind of information that's circulating. Okay. Do some gossiping.
Yeah. So as like they begin to split off a little bit and the saw king start to look for a house and heron goes to look for a bar flip sort of just like softly to flop. Go with her. And he's like, oh, he goes to follow.
Goes to follow Hera. So the group once again, what's up real quick? I want both of you to roll me. Just roll me while one of those do 100 the d10s.
I want to see what you want to roll higher. That's zero. Zero is a 10. I got a zero.
So yeah, seven and 10. So about maybe 20 minutes later, flip you are looking for abandoned buildings and you turn a corner and around that corner you see our sound bar is with. Yeah. Do you want to describe what they see?
So they go around the corner and it's none other than self himself. You see him kind of massaging his left arm. It's in a leather glove that he wasn't usually wearing. But you can kind of hear him talking to this other big dude like seriously, how do you use the shit that's still sore?
You know, it just takes a while. You know, how long? Six months? Maybe six months?
All right. Oh, shit. I mean the first two weeks at worst. Well, I don't know that I want to drink to try to get past it though.
Didn't go well last time. So I'm going to roll a perception check to see if I can tell it's salt. Okay, if I can. Yeah.
If what was the purpose on this one? It's not that hard. It's just right there. Okay, that's one success.
Okay, the flip starts crying and he dead aspirants over there. Oh, it's all right. It's just like he before he can get a full idea out. He's grabbed him around his like waist and just sobbing into his chest.
I killed you. Oh, shut the fuck up. It's fine. It's fine.
So I'm getting in here. Oh, God. Who the fuck is that Joe? Yeah, I think I think I have a point Joe and Ryan both come and they have there's a moment where they wait and then they look to flip and then they do you fucking talk and it's our dead daddy.
What the fuck is this? We're the soul gang. The soul flippers is one of your fucking ideas. He was either that or the spice track.
He tried to make me talk low and deep like you, but I'm not very good at it. I see that. You don't have to do that anyway. He's back.
Okay. Can I have my gun back? What are you handing? I'm handing a gun out to people.
Sorry. I don't need a replacement salt anymore. What was what? I've been all mixed up.
I was unfair to you, Joe. I'm so sorry. Get it together. Are you abandoning me?
Oh, okay. Don't please don't. I will never. Okay.
Better love story than Twilight. Yeah. Yeah. So mechanically to the audience.
Joe is an adult. Joe is not so let's calm down. I mean, he's got the mind of a 16 year old, which in some places is an adult, but not right? Not in the show.
Not in the show. Not in the show. Not in the show. Thank you.
So mechanically to the audience, if we have a recession, the players can spend story points. So normally they start with three and the GM starts with one. One of the options that they chose not to take last night was use all those points to get the fuck out. The other option is they can spend all those three points to bring back a dead player, essentially somehow they magically survived.
And we'll deal with how that happened with salt this time. So we didn't reveal that beginning, but yes, he salt has survived. There's no GM cheat. This is part of the rules of Genesis with at least the whole mechanics we're playing with.
So it is very much beside himself. So right now I have all those four points and I can use that to really fuck over the players. I knew this was coming and they still hit me like a train. It did.
Yeah. It was big. It was very real. So so salt, what do you what do you say to these guys?
What do you? Just be like, you know, I start patting flip. Do we need to go extort some some people out of baked goods or something? The rest of you.
I don't know the fuck you are. Get off me. Okay. Back off guys.
He's like, oh, yeah. He kind of like slowly peels his arms off of you. He keeps his head in your chest. Like I think salt grabs flips arms, but I think flip notices that left hand something's off as he's you know, even it's beloved.
He's just like that's why is that one so much colder. Yeah. Then the other and just like, all right. Flip.
All right. Salt. Who the fuck are these guys? Oh, sorry.
I don't know who the other two fuckers are. This is flip. Hey, that was that son of a bitch. I told you dive down a grenade for us.
Oh, you're that guy. Great. Thanks. Flip.
This is Maximus the first rabbit I've ever met. What? Yeah. You want to show him Maximus?
I think he like takes off one of his like arm things and reveals some of the like the dead decaying flesh and he's he's an older guy. He's a bigger guy. And then behind him, another voice, peaks up. He's like, Maximus salt what's going on?
And you see there's a third person who's like, definitely like smaller than or not as small as a kid. But you know, there's this group traveling around him too. It's no. It's all right.
Now just people I was working with beforehand, they're friendly. Yeah. Maybe a little too friendly. Didn't you die?
And you're talking to Maximus. Yeah. Maximus. Didn't you die?
No, you fall. No. No, Alan fell. And then this guy banded us.
There was a chasm involved. We'll talk about it later. And before he like thinks better of it, he rips the flesh sleeve off of his arm and he shows it. It's like, oh, that's a nifty little trick.
Oh, kind of unbuttons his shirt and shows like his heart casing. Oh, that's pretty cool for a for a youngling. I'm a deadling. You're a deadling.
Yes. Are you as excited about this as I am? I mean, I've met other evidence, but you know, I haven't. It's like fucking Christmas for flip right now.
Holy shit. Ted is very much really beside himself. All right. Let's go hang it out in the middle of this alleyway.
You definitely attracted a crowd at this point. Yeah, let's move on. What do you saw this? Jedi business.
Go back to your drinks. Flip. What are you doing out here in the middle of a fucking alleyway? Well, I would rather not tell you.
Because I'm gonna find out. I don't think we're gonna do it anymore. So I think at this point, I think Hera is kind of walking back up the alley, and she's just talking to flop. Like he's a person.
So she's just like, look, I know he's a fucking kid, but like he is so infuriating. And it's like I've done so much to help him and like none of it is appreciated. And it's like nothing that I can do is good enough. And it's like nobody even takes into consideration like my feelings.
And so she's like just bent. And then she kind of looks up from the alley and it kind of sees this whole scene. And she like kind of pauses for a moment. And like for like half a second, she's like about to like run up and like give him a hug or something.
And then she like kind of like, think like controls herself, like calm herself down and she just kind of walks up to him. And she like, pass him on the shoulder. And she's like, thank God you're here. You've got to put a stop to this fucking salt gank business.
So real quick what shoulders is it? Not the metal one. I wasn't paying attention to which one it was. Right.
Okay. Is your left on the middle one? Yeah. So she doesn't notice anything.
Like particularly weird. Yeah. Yeah. So she's yeah, this he's got this thing where he's going to take over the world or whatever or like burn the ship down and just fix it please.
Also, because you're a problem now, I've had to deal with him for a week and I'm not with it. Oh, you had to give him cupcakes. He usually works. Well, I didn't think of that.
Or just like a kind word, flipping good. And she just she just turns over and like glares at flip and like, hey, I don't wish she were dead anymore. Oh man, fuck happened in a week. We thought you died.
Well, let's just say the stress of that whole. Did you die? We kind of like looks at Maximus and back to salt. No, he didn't.
All right. All right. I think we need to get out of this alleyway and we'll have a long nice talk. Yeah.
Flip. They got a little louder. Did you die? And he looks back at Hera.
All right. Let's just get out of this alleyway and we can go inside. Yeah. Let's get out of here.
And then I think what it is is not Maximus, but no leads to this group of now we've got now Maximus salt flip flop Hera. There's a bunch of people now. So this is a pretty big crew and five of them are you. Yep.
