In Rebecca. So, Hera, you just found Leah, the rival potential ally, lady with brain damage. She's definitely got this big old band-aid on the left side of her head. Yep.
So, what do you guys do? You see this before Salt does. Salt is just like, you know, looking around like trying to find a ship, but you're the one who knows, oh, I need to find this exact type of ship. And then you do.
Perfect. So I think Hera stops and like, wait a couple of seconds and kind of like, smacks salt in the shoulder and just got it, found it right there. And I think I see Leah. Oh, oh shit.
Yeah. So, they kind of, I think she kind of pulls him to the side so that they can watch from behind it like a stall or somewhere kind of inconspicuous. What she yells at the guy to see if they can kind of figure out any information from where they are. Okay.
And you're trying to figure out what you're trying to figure out? I mean, we're, we'll take anything. But I think at this point, like where they're going and when they're planning on heading off. Okay.
So she's, she's just yelling at, yeah, she's yelling at this guy who is, well, he looks to be just a, like a dock worker. He's loading various boxes up onto the ship. It's like you described a fairly small ship, not new, but not super old either. It's, you know, it works, but it's not new and fancy.
And he's, he's moving, he's moving boxes. And I think he dropped something. And that's why she was yelling at him because, you know, she dropped something that she did not want to be dropped. And then she should be only.
Notice this and is kind of leans over to salt and she's like, how much do you want to bet that those are full of bombs? Pretty high, pretty high chances. Perfect. Do you think we could like just trigger a mass mass explosion and just explode all of the time?
Don't tempt me. I mean, maybe mass casualty here as opposed to the biggest city in the world. I mean, if you've let's have been making this for years, the priority there, but I see what you mean. Yeah, probably won't work, but I'm just saying, worst case scenario.
I think Harak kind of leans into listen some more, see if she can put anything else out. So, and yeah, most of what she's yelling at this guy is like, you know, hurry up. I need to get this done. Be careful.
We're leaving, we're leaving tonight. So just get it. And then I think she eventually just gets frustrated with him, just like, just get all these things on the ship and I'll deal with it later. And she, I think she goes to like walk somewhere else in the docks because she's frustrated this guy because he's not great at his job.
Yeah, leaving tonight and then she goes to leave. So just the dock worker guy, does he head off in any direction? Is he something like, does he work with like the dock itself or like the city itself or is he affiliated with something? So normally, normally you would have either ship workers that work at ship filling up the ship or you'd have people working the docks.
But right now this dock is a dock that is fairly heavily, there's a couple of docks on this ship. But the one that you guys are currently at is a mostly brass gilled dock because again, over half of this like ship town thing is brass gilled people. So he's a effectively a brass gilled like nobody, bottom bottom rung who loads up ships. Perfect.
So he's, he's either someone who works that ship and he's going to be going with her on whatever journey she's going on. Or he's just someone who works the docks and helps fill up all of the other ships that don't have their own specialized workers. Perfect. So here leans over to Salt again.
And she's like, okay, so second question. And she points at this guy, how disposable do you think he is and would anyone notice if we were placed in with somebody else? Probably not all that miserable. Perfect.
Hey, Joe, I get a job for you. And she just kind of turns to Joe who's been like being quiet behind them in a corner trying to look and speak to us. Yes. What?
Perfect. Joe Salt. So they're leaving tonight. So we've got a few hours to pull this together.
But maybe if we can get that guy off on his own, we can get some information and maybe put somebody on that boat to keep an eye on them while they head to wherever we're going. If we can get them, if we can track from a distance, we'll be able to follow them, make sure they don't divert. And maybe use the information we get from our spy on that ship to prevent something terrible from happening and or confirm that something terrible is going to happen. That's in the back.
Let's go. And you want me to be the super spy? Oh, shit. Well, you know what, Joe, it's time for you to step up.
It's time for you to be a man. And I think when you say that he like, he like straightens his posture a little bit and you like, stand up a little bit more. Like, yes. So this is an important mission.
And you know what? You're the person who is just, you know, this is for you. This is meant to be your job. And, you know, I believe in you and I believe that you can impress me.
When you say I believe in you, I think we very briefly cut to various times in the past where Joe has failed people. First thing in the door, like out of breath for getting to mention that Nell was shot when he almost caught salt, but didn't like, basically cause salt to die. Yeah, yeah. So I think here I just put a hand on his shoulder and says, look, it's now and everybody.
Okay, are you up for this? And he like big breath out big breath. Okay. Okay, I'm gonna be a spy.
And I'm going to tell you guys if, wait, how am I gonna tell you guys? We'll figure that out for now. Okay. Just a.
So if you can find a location when you get in there and before you take out for tonight, tell us and then go with them. Okay. So I'm gonna go on the ship, forget where they're going. And then then I'm gonna figure out where they're going, tell you guys.
And then I will somehow relay it to you, but we don't know how we're gonna do it. We'll work on the details. You just spend some time sitting on a corner, work on your, I don't know, spy crafts it and think about your back story or whatever. And in the meantime, you're wanting me to take this guy out and take his place or?
Well, that's what I have some questions about that. So she turns to salt and she's like, okay, so what if here's, here's what I'm thinking. If we can find wherever like their junior level headquarters are or whatever, however, that's gonna work, if we can like, we can do this the easy way or the hard way. The easy way is we just knock the guy out, put him in a uniform, replace him last second and just shove him on the ship or we could do something that makes it less suspicious.
We can maybe we can like poison him or like take him out or make it so he's like, he can't work obviously. And then we can just conveniently like slip him in the group and he can volunteer and kind of up to you how much attention we want to draw. I mean, we have like five hours to get this done. So not much.
Whatever it is. Probably more than that because the ship is leaving tonight and it's still fairly morning. We got most of the day. Right.
Like they would definitely want to leave before like sunset, but sunset too much later because there's less land. So, you know, there's less things to make shadows. So the days are just generally long. Yeah, we have a handful of time, non-mentorments of it.
So if we're gonna put something in order, we basically have now to get that set up. So salt is pondering because he worked on the docks for a while as a cabin boy, you know, loaded and unloading the ship. And he remembers that a lot of the time like people would get sent down from like the master of vessels and be like, you know, her to need more people up on this vessel to help load. So he's curious, like could Joe just say he came from master of vessels and then go to this guy?
And if he's low, I don't see him potentially, well, you know, I used to work at the docks and a lot of the time we get volunteers that came up from master of vessels to help load think Joe could just volunteer. And here I look to see just how closely Joe's paying attention. She's like, well, I mean, it's just his life on the line. I mean, I guess also everyone else, but right.
Yeah, I mean, I think it's worth it, Joe. How do you feel about just going in? Say I'm not sure how I brass gill dock works, but I don't imagine it's much different. I actually probably.
Yeah, yeah, I can do that. Perfect. First job then Joe, find a uniform used to like be a bartender, hang around or whatever. So I trust that you know how to figure out how to get the right uniform, the right clothes.
Yeah, yeah, I can I can figure that out. Perfect. Report back to the hotel as soon as you get a chance. You don't have a lot of time, Joe, I believe in you.
She says again, just like making severe eye contact, which like translated is like, don't fuck this up positive positive reinforcement. Yeah. Okay, I'm gonna roll a check for him to find that Joe. He's got a his intellect, cutting over powers, all two, so I'm just gonna roll two greens versus two purples.
And so could I persuade you because he's perceiving where this thing is? He's well, he's trying to find up. I mean, he's trying to find a place that would have the extra uniforms. Yeah.
He's right next to me. So heightened awareness. Yeah, I know that. I mean, because it's not just it's more of a like, Oh, I see that thing over there.
Like, and that's the like, Lord behind like, what does it mean when you're giving people hide words and like you're helping them out and you're really, really good at helping people out because you help spot things. But yeah, actually that. Okay. So let me roll that.
Okay. Only one success, but a four advantage. So I think would have thought this off. I swear to God, I mean, yeah, it would have been a very different story, but those guys talked about a lot.
So I think he definitely found the spot that has, it's like essentially the Doc barracks where people go in and, you know, you know, from up for the day, there's probably like a small small, small armory that has, you know, weapons because they're still rascaled. So they're still gonna be arms, right? And in there, he can definitely find equipment, equipment and some weapons potentially. It's like, Oh, yeah, that building.
Yeah, you're right, Mr. Salt. That's that I will go there and I will go on. Okay, and he heads off to these barracks.
Remember back at the hotel, she calls after. What was that? Can you do the salt gang solute? So you definitely throwing the salt over the shoulder.
Heron very generously says nothing. Okay. And I think you guys see him like push open the door into this barracks and the door closes behind and then it cuts back to Salt and Heron. So next thing, I think we need to go back to the ship.
It should be just a couple blocks down. I think we need to see if there's anything we have on hand that could potentially help as far as tracking or communicating. Yeah. I'm gonna search the ship.
I mean, I've looked over everything pretty thoroughly, but maybe you can see something. All right, let's go find out. So we got to attend to the ship that we have. Go to your ship.
Gotcha. And is that in the same doc? Here's an different doc. I think it's like a slightly different doc.
I think it's more of like a public doc on like kind of next door, but like a couple blocks maybe. Okay. Okay. So you guys head there and then what is it?
What is it? Yeah, what is it specifically you guys are looking for? Because we have some sort of point and be like, here's what I want to have on our ship. You can just do that.
I think we have one left. You got two. Okay. No, I think it's wrong on my end, but I think it's two.
Um, cool. Well, so plan. The first part of the plan is getting somebody on fourth a ship. Second plan is being able to second part is being able to track them while they're out just to make sure that they're not making any stops before they get to where they're going, which we assume is tide fall out the city.
And the third part is being able to communicate with that person if something goes horribly wrong, and they need to like either they need to escape or like they're gonna that's not the plan and they're gonna blow something else up. So emergency plans, right? In case something goes wrong. All right.
So how do you use the communication? Did we talk about this in the big? I feel like we talked about like basic radio communication. What's the thing?
Is something as simple as like those flights and candles or flags? I thought. Yeah, I feel like it was lights and flags. Okay, perfect.
So a flag from like if, you know, Joe can't just like put a flag on the back of the ship that would be too suspicious, right? Yeah. Yeah. What if you guys want to use lights?
That'd be a fairly simple thing. That's like one light means this two lights mean this three lights mean something else. I mean, you could send a tree. If we can, if we can tell him, all right, if we can get him like a time to check in, we're in the little mirror.
So if we can get him a little hand mirror, a time to check in and a basic set of codes, that should be enough, right? So that's communication, communication plan, maybe something, you know, like three flashes is help me now for the ship, SOS, whatever. But point is, so that maybe that's a that's simple enough for that. And then can you just follow from a distance?
Yeah, maybe something like a, yeah, maybe we'll get him like a flare to seek on and if like in emergency, you can shoot that off too. All right. So like a mirror, a flare, and then we'll just hopefully follow from a distance and hopefully not lose them. That's what we know for.
Perfect. So let's see if we can like find anything else super useful on the ship and or let's get ready to go for as soon as this afternoon. Right. I think the back of salt's head, he's thinking, you know, if we find something like maybe flip might be able to tinker with something he's pretty whisking at that.
And yeah, and Ted did bring something up in chat. Yeah, Maximus, I believe I was going to go with you guys originally. Did he end up coming with you or did he go elsewhere? I think we lost him when we went to go get coffee in that brief.
I think he's on the other side of the the dock looking in the direction. Maybe he went on his own to try to find the ship. So we got to catch up with him. And when I think is you guys are talking to this, I think Maximus comes up and he's like, so anything.
Yeah, we found one of the ladies that was in that meeting and we're going to try to trailer ship. Good plan. Okay. So, so here's my question and here I kind of interrupts.
So you would insult to Ben in this thing. I don't know what kind of deal you have. But from here, it sounds like we're going and jumping into something even bigger. So, I know you've got now to figure out also he's obviously not in any shape to be traveling.
But are you sticking this thing out or you know, can we trust you at this point? I think he like, I think I just don't want to get into situation. You'll understand where you know, we're all serving different masters here. And you know, something happens where we can't trust you to do the same thing that, you know, helps us out in a tight situation.
That's all I'm saying. On the table, Maximus. I think and like he looks down for a second, looks back up to to salt. I think I need to take now back to back to base.
They need to know what's going on. I can't I can't just go because there's a lot of people who may well, they need to know what's happening. So we need to go there. Perfect.
Great. Thanks for letting us know. While you're there, maybe mention the whole exploding thing and see maybe they want to get out their asses and prevent that. That's why that's why I'm going is to tell them about the bomb plot.
Well, and he actually he looks he looks at salt. Why are you with this? And he just like, he doesn't say anything more, but he just like, she pulls out her knife and like points it at him and she's like, finish that sentence. Also, get the fuck off my ship.
And I think he just like, raise the little finger and just fucking takes off like he just like walks behind his finger, you know, backwards to you guys. It's like, see you later, maybe fuck off and then he just leave. You can talk. You can talk when you bring me an army.
Hey, thanks. Bye. We've got a picture of the fact here and you see him like kind of like stirring as if he's having a nightmare. It looks like like the back of his head, he keeps like rubbing the back of his head.
Wow, fury, all of a sudden. I'm trying. I'm trying. I think salt just turns a hair.
I'm like, I knew I liked you for some reason. I know. At this point, okay, we got to get back. So we got to get the ship ready to go.
We need to get everything. So quick, something you probably is here saying, we need to do this. We need to do this. I think both here and salt are realizing that you guys were in a couple of fights.
You didn't ever get some sleep. But now it's like here's all this work I need to do. You guys either will need to get some rest or you're going to have to make a check, otherwise you're going to gain some strain because lack of sleep while doing all this after doing a couple fights can be taxing. I think we got to get some rest.
So let's build out into the timetable. We'll take a couple of hours to kind of rest and then be back at noon. I'll also hear the ship and kind of get some rest and get things going. If you want to go and maybe get the kid and settle up our bill or not, you know, maybe just run whatever details.
Don't leave my case. That's the other thing. Oh shit, right? And I'll look out for a, I'll just take a nap on deck and make sure that Joe doesn't take this up to you.
Seems like a nice day. All things considered. Yep. Sounds good.
So we'll do that and get some resting and some napping. All right. Do some tasks while we're at it. Okay.
So here is going to be resting at the ship. Salt is heading back to gather the supplies, gather flip and less and araya. Okay. So let's cut over to, I think, salt arriving at and this is probably some time has gone by.
So it's been probably a couple hours for flip. So flip, if you want to recover your strength, you've gotten your nap in. Thank God. You want a little better?
Oh, I took a nap. So that's I gained 10 straight. That's a lot. Man, that's it.
I want to nap that well. That's amazing. Yeah. I'm not sure what year it is kind of nap.
Yeah. So I think we cut to salt, like pushing open the door to the room to flip and flip into really. Yeah. There's a variety of rooms.
So right now flip and now are in the children room, the city entrance room. I think I had back to check on a riot is less because I wouldn't know the flip was in there. So I go in there, a riot get him ready to go and head down to the ship with him. Where's flip?
Yes, sir. And he does the salt salute. Where's flip? Did you ever meet up with him or did you just go straight to the other room and pass out?
I went into that room first to tell him that we were here. Yeah. Okay. He's like, he's in the other room.
I think he's resting. He looked really tired. Oh, I know. All right.
Like, like, colloquialism. Okay. And he's not. I'll get in.
Is this this is his hair's room? They're yeah, they're in hares room. Okay. I think when you say get ready, he's like, got it.
And he does this. And then he starts like pulling out these, like cases out from underneath hair's bed. Right. It's about to leave.
Like, Oh, good. Get those. I think, sir. All right.
What we'll do. And then I think there's two of them in like he grabs one. And then I think he's like about to hand one to less. And then he like looks like no, he shakes his head and he pulls it back to himself.
And he's like, I got this. I'll meet you in the other room in a few minutes. And then you head to where flip and Nell is. Yeah.
Okay. So at some point flip, Maximus would have shown up to take Nell. Would you have been conscious at that time and do you want to play that scene or could we get back up timeline wise if you want? That might be when I wake up from my nap.
Okay. So maybe you wake up from the nap and you just hear a noise of a door shutting and like you like you first freak out and then you realize it's Maximus gathering. It's like, I kid it's me. I'm just getting no.
Where are you taking him? We're heading back to blue tide. We need to tell the children what's what's going on. We can't just go off on our own to deal with all of this.
Is he gonna be okay? He'll be fine. He looks down and like the wounds have been stopped. He's like, he'll be tired for a couple of days, but he'll be fine.
Don't you worry. We got the best doctors in the world down there. So they'll take a care room. All right.
You never answered my question. Sorry. Remind me. It's been a long day.
What was your question? Do the do the children of Yantis make remnants? Okay. So the Yantis.
Did the children of Yantis make me? Okay. Do the children of Yantis make remnants? The answer is yes.
Do the children of Yantis make all of the remnants? I don't think so. When someone dies or passes, sometimes we do what we can to save them. Sometimes that do what we can involves, well, I need not to like your arm or is it's your right arm and one of your legs?
Yeah, right arm left leg. Right arm left leg. Okay. Like nods to your parts.
Like sometimes that's how we do it. We well, we do what you've seen. Have we seen other ones out in the worlds? Yeah, but we do it the best.
We're good at our jobs and other people have copied what we do. And I'm gonna make a role to see one. I'm doing these two two roles and I'm assigning arm turn numbers to them. And one of them is if a children of Yantis may do and two, does this guy know if the children of Yantis may do?
So even if the first role fails, I'm gonna roll both times just because I don't want you to get information from that. You know? Okay. So that one and that one.
So, okay. So, do we make them? Yes. Did we make you?
And he looks back to now, looks back to you. The answer again is yes. I don't know what happened. One day you disappeared.
I was not around. I wasn't a part of that. I'm not one of the scientists. But I do remember hearing about a kid and his dog.
You know, and then at some point you were gone and it wasn't talked about. But yeah, if you ever, if you ever have any questions, you know, you can come to the blue tide. Flip sort of silently nods. And at this point, I think he just sort of stands up and walks out of the room.
Okay. Okay. Do we, do we see the self and flip each other the whole then or where does flip go? What does flip do?
So at this point, Flip goes back into, goes back into the room with Les and Aria. He kind of rummages through some of his supplies and stuff, picks up like a little map sack of stuff and heads back out without saying word to either of them. Okay. And this is before Salt was in there.
This is previous. Okay. That's what I just wanted to clarify. Okay.
So you grab your supplies. Don't say a word. Aria probably like tries something to you. You know, he's like a flip flip and you just know response.
You have supplies and leave. Okay. And then do we cut forward back to salt going to the room where flip was or where where do you go flip? I head over to salt gangs room.
Okay. So just need to be by myself. Yeah. I mean, yeah, you kind of just met your maker in a weird sense.
So yeah, some of the time is important, I think. So salt, you've talked with Aria and then you head back to salt gang room where you presume flip is. Right. And that's his elimination.
I mean, yeah, because I assume you're not going to know because you're like fuck that. He's leaving. I'm out of here. So yeah.
I still check to see it's like, oh, they're all gone. Yeah. I guess you go to do you check their next thing before you go to I do because that's where right. I told me I walk in.
I don't see no or Maximus. Yeah. It's like Yeah. It's effectively emptied like all of now and Maximus is stuff is gone.
Flip is not there. If it had any stuff in there, it's been removed. So then yeah, proclamation, you head to salt gang room and you open the door and what do we see? So I think I walk in and flips just, you know, 1,000 yards there.
No, hold on. Don't come in. Do I have to knock first? And you see him kind of like trying to throw a tarp over what he's working on?
All right. All right. All right. What's not ready at flip?
It takes sort of peels the tarp off and you see like with like these parties accumulated over the last couple of days, he's trying to make a fusil. Oh, was that what you was that? Would you been working on? I needed something to keep my hands busy.
That's very, we're really good with those. We finally are about to track or about to take out becoming almost I think at this point, I would like to roll for the fusil. Okay. So that is the difficulty is based on the items ready.
Yes. So you're making a fusil. I think that's an average item, unless you're going to try to make it like super pimped out, but I see me just trying to make something that works right. I think yeah, for the first go.
Okay. I was looking to be an average check. So two purples and then any modifiers on your end? My inventor gives me two advantage.
Two blue. Okay. I'm going to mind if you want to roll it up. Here it comes.
I'm going to use a story point for this. Okay. Makes sense. I don't want to fail on this.
I mean, yeah, it's kind of a big one. So what does the advantage do? Let's see. I think, I think since it wasn't like a full success, there was like a little bit of a mistake made and by mistake, I mean something sort of good.
Like the first couple of discharges are going to hurt a little bit more. Okay. Would you like bonus damage basically? Yeah, maybe like the first attack, maybe two.
Okay. Sounds good. It's not done. It's not done yet.
And he pulls out a little knife and offers the fusil to salt with the knife. I think salt just takes it knowing what's going on any car's birth into the birthday. V two. To remind people, Bertha was the weapon that salt used on the first two ships, I believe.
And then I believe it was lost when he fell into the ocean after the catastrophe that was episode five. So yeah, it was an episode. Arm. Yeah.
A little bit more. But yeah, so you, you know, birth of you too. So, and then if you want on your character, you should have that. If you want to put a note somewhere that it does bonus, if you're there one damage for two shots or plus two damage for one shot, it's kind of up to you and flip whatever you want to do, buddy.
Let's see. Let's see. Can you set a super bonus damage for the first two shots? Okay.
Sounds good. And like, and maybe what that will turn into is flip may see that bonus damage and then go, oh wait, I could do a thing. And essentially it's like shooting the shots faster and maybe like maybe that'll become the first modification he does like make whatever fuck up he did like a permanent thing to like properly do it. So yeah, I like the idea of that down the road.
Cool. So I think, you know, salt takes that he's checking the sides is like, damn, son, not bad, not bad at all. And you definitely, there are pieces of this thing that it's not just a gun. It's like, you can tell like this one piece is clearly part of this drone, or this other piece is like, you know, a piece of metal that he made for, like, and it's very much like coupled together.
There's various pieces. It's like this game from this drone, this game from that this, you know, which kind of fall out for you when you're like building the weapons in Fallout 4, you can like clearly see this is this is this is this, you can see the various parts that pull together to make this right. It's just weird embodiment of everything that has happened so far. Oh, yeah.
Is it somewhere on this rifle in alarm that doesn't work? But there's like a little thing that would turn on the like, will you alarm? Because that was when you pulled the drone, you were disabling alarms and I kind of love the idea of it's just on the side of the gun. Yeah, kind of like the barrel here in the center.
One side is the alarm side. One side is the light side. Okay, nice. It's probably no power on it, but like you could eventually like a flip of thing to like have a flashlight, but the flashlight is like, yeah, the one is yeah, yeah, just like alarm flash away.
Like I'm a damn shock trooper now just. Yeah, but that's again, more down the road stuff. That'd be fun. I modify this thing.
Right. So, okay. And then are you guys, well, when I say you guys, I really mean salt, salt resting here or you gathering flip and heading back to the ship to rest. Thank you.
Yeah, I'm gonna, no. All right, so here's what's going on. I'm going to try to get out of here. If you want to head to the ship, maybe Harold will fill your end, but I got a crash, dragging ass myself.
So we'll be leaving in a couple hours, sit down there and hopefully get out of here. If you want to go with Orion last, if you want to wait for me and all four of us, five of us will go, four of us, I can't math. I'm tired. I think it probably makes more sense if we all go at the same time, but I can give you your privacy.
But that's salt's just, you know, he's found the bed and he's out. He's just like flip sort of like lingers for a second as he like heads out. So, and then slides off and leaves. At no point during the scene, you ever mentioned the like, the revelation you had with the- No, there was not really an opportunity.
Yeah, okay. But like, there's that moment where I think in your head, it's like, it's a constant thing right now. And you first turn off the lights, but then there's that like, you're by yourself again, you're like, oh, yeah, we're leaving and they're going somewhere else. And there's that like conflict, right?
So, can't be by myself. So I head over to the room with Aria and Les. Okay. And I think when you open up the door, Aria is there like with both suitcases like ready to go.
And I assume flop flop comes with you, right? Yeah. Okay. So he's got both suitcases ready to go.
And he's like, are we leaving? Salt said soon. Soon. Okay.
And I think he like, he like, he looks to you from a mission, but then he like starts to load one of the crates onto flop, but he was not sure. And he's like, do I just make sure it's the weights distributed correctly, or you'll throw off his hips. And I'm, and I'm not paying for that surgery. You'll have to do it.
Oh, yes, sir. Yes. And I, he like, he grabs one of them and like, he like shakes it a little bit. And then you have to know when I shake, like, ah, this one will be better.
And like, puts it on, like, sort of shifts it around. He's like, yeah, then he like, Pat's flop on the head, like a good, good talk. He pulls out like a couple treats from his pockets. Like, okay, so when you load him up, you got to give him a treat.
Okay. Okay. And he like, hold the stand up to like, have you given a treat? And you give a treat to him who then gives a treat to flop and, you know, flop again.
Yeah. You won't understand. Exactly. And yeah, flop, you know, devours them.
He loves them. He loves those treats. Boy. Okay.
And then you've got some time, do you do anything else, Flipper? Do we just want to fast forward to everyone waking up in a couple of hours? I think Flip wants to keep himself busy. So he helps get everything ready to go so that everything's super like officially packed when, okay, salt gets up and it's go time.
And maybe like reopen his cases to make sure nothing's missing and you check the rooms, you check like this room and you can go back and check everything to make sure every room is spotless and clean and everything's going, everything's packed up, everything's, you know, none of her stuff is missing because then you'll get hit again. You don't want that to happen. Right. Like I take a look like as like I go through her stuff and I see like all the stuff she has in her case, that thought occurs to me, maybe there's something I could do to spruce up one of her, one of her rifles or maybe a pistol she has.
And then I feel like it goes to hand hit me in the back of the head. I'm like, no, yeah, no, no, no, no, that would be, if I mess up, I'll die. So she will just step in. I don't want that.
She's got that knife and she's using it now. Yeah. Okay. So you just clean everything up.
Okay. So sometimes it's by self get some rest, flip, you know, prepares everything. Here is everything else on your run, you're doing during all this other than just resting. No, I think she she naps on the deck for a little bit.
She's kind of looking around to just kind of see if she can pick up any information or if anything, everything seems like it's going okay. I think at some point, Joe kind of walks past in his spiffy new outfit and he like stands maybe what he thinks is unobtrusively like down by the like the end of the gangplank and just kind of really obviously like nods. Like he's trying to be secretive. See, send the point of the other ship nodding towards you.
Okay. Yeah. So he's just kind of like secretly like, yep, and then walks away. So theoretically, he has fucked it up too badly yet.
Okay. Cool. So that's in play. Another thing that I think she just kind of cleans the deck and makes everything make sure everything is kind of packed away.
I think she's starting to definitely like before when they were tracked on it for a week, I think she was still kind of like getting used to the idea of this ship being hers. Now, I think she's very possessable. I think you're making yours, you're making it home. Yeah.
That kind of okay. She is very much started to kind of like nest and like put things the way that she wants them. And like I think it's very much starting to transition and be her ship. Okay.
Cool. So yeah, some time goes by it's probably a bit afternoon, probably early afternoon, like somewhere between one and three o'clock. And then eventually you guys all rest up. And then I assume everyone heads to the docks.
Yeah. Okay. So I think I think we'll end this part with you guys all arriving at the docks and then salt guides you to your guys, well, I guess which docks your docks or because you weren't necessarily parked at the same docks. You're like a different section.
It's like the brass guild section in the normal section. Right. What do you guys meet up at? So I think as we're walking, I'm chatting with Flip, like trying to give him as much of the plan as I know.
But you know, we're so Joe's gonna, we finally get Joe's gonna pose as a crewman and he's gonna relay information back to us. Now I'm trying to figure out if there's only a way we could converge or something or if we could make something, I don't know. But right now we're just thinking maybe give him a hand torch and a mirror and we'll get together a short range radio. I had one for a long time.
If there's something like if I could figure out how to like maybe set up a transmission point, we could talk back and forth. Good idea. You want to try that and start working on that right when you get to the ship? Yeah.
Yeah. Cool. I'll hand it out to him. You guys did spend this right earlier to like make sure you've got things to make the lights, but yeah, a radio would be, yeah, if you want to make the check for that, you can do that as well.
I would need to scratch, I think. Okay. All right. Okay.
So maybe you guys, yeah. Yeah. So I think maybe we'll, you guys head back to Harris ship and then maybe the final shot of this part is we see Flip like wandering through the ship trying to find various pieces to make this thing. And you see like, like he's like looking around his his mind is it 100% on it.
Like you see him kind of like peer around like the corner and like look further out into the dock, he's looking for another ship. Okay. And maybe that last shot is like you just like looking out into the distance like, you know, for another ship. And then we end that part there as flips looking outward.
And yeah, stay tuned for the final part of this episode. Will you write back our words credits, baby.
