He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Prior to chiropractic college, he attended the University of Alberta where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. Dr. Heber has received numerous athletic and academic awards during his time as a student and athlete. He was a National Champion and record holder in track & field at the CIS level. He was also a member of the Europa Cup Bobsleigh Team during the 2004/2005 season. Dr. Heber has been to accredited to three Olympic and two Paralympic Games. As such, he has an excellent background in sport-specific training, rehabilitation, and injury prevention. In addition to Sports manual therapeutics. Dr. Heber is continuing to add the next level of performance optimization to athletes and individuals by helping them leverage Flow to drive peak physical and mental performance states.
