The infertility journey is so stressful and intense, choose select moments in your day for gratitude and watch your anxiety melt away. Find a team you trust completely and educate yourself! If I left my fertility in the hands of my doctors, I wouldn’t have my baby. There are so many amazing podcasts (like this one), support groups, etc to help empower you to make the best choices for yourself.
